Kuchenprofi 6-Piece 3-Inch Food Styling Rings
I L-O-V-E the Kuchenprofi Food Styling Rings and I own this set plus these shapes and sizes: Round, Hexagon, Square, Rectangle, Oval, and Diamond. The forms allow me to stack layers and create colorful stacked plating presentations for special occasions or simply making an ordinary meal extraordinary! I highly recommend purchasing the tamper tool shown below to help compress the ring contents and assist the ring removal. (I have not found a cone or pyramid shaped form yet, but I'm sure they are available as well.)

Kuchenprofi Stainless Steel Tamper-Pusher
The Kuchenprofi Tamper aids in compressing the food inside the food styling rings and helps hold the food down as you lift up on the ring for removal. It's not imperative to have this, but it sure makes easy for plating six at a time.
(There is a smaller size tamper for smaller rings.)

How to Use
Kuchenprofi's pro-style Stainless Steel Tampers are designed for use with their Plating Rings, creating perfectly round, perfectly flat portions of all your favorite foods. After filling the rings, press down the Tamper to create flat, even, smooth servings. Also great for leveling off jars of home-made preserves, sticky peanut butter, and filling butter molds. 2-3/4-inch diameter with 4-inch high handle. Dishwasher safe.
I recommend purchasing the Kuchenprofi Stainless Steel Tamper in the 2 3/4 inch diameter and the 2 1/4 inch diameter to fit both sizes of food styling rings.

Food Styling - Cream Horn Molds
Cream Horn Molds
Cream Horn Molds are great for creating beautiful cone shapes using Aussie Vegan Puff Pastry or The Fillo Factory Organic Fillo Dough. Fill the finished horns with sweet or savory creamy fillings.
Aussie Vegan Puff Pastry
Roll out the dough and cut one inch strips. Attach the puff pastry strip to the bottom at the point and then encircle the horn to the top. (For smaller horns, only cover half the mold... overlap the puff pastry as you go up the mold.)
If you are making a sweet filling for the Cream Horn Molds, brush the exterior of each puff pastry with soymilk creamer and dust the exteriors with sanding sugar to give a "sparkle effect" to the exterior of each horn.
Bake the Mold
Bake the Cream Horn Molds at 400 degrees F till they are a lightly golden-brown. Keep a watch on these because the form gets HOT quickly and the cooking time is short.
Remove from the oven and let cool to a warm temperature cool enough to hold the cooked puff pastry and not get burned by the mold.
Aussie Vegan Puff Pastry Removal
Use your thumb nail on the flat side of the upper edge of the form and gently press the baked puff pastry off the mold.
Fill the Cream Horn Molds
A pastry bag with a large tip will fill the horns like a professional. No pastry bag or tip, use a zip lock plastic bag, fill it with the filling, close and snip a small triangle from a corner of the bag. Squeeze the contents to that corner and begin filling each horn.
HINT: Fill the horns just before serving or you'll have a soggy collapsed horn when served!
How to Care for the Cream Horn Molds
DO NOT put the molds into the dishwasher. Simply wipe them off with a dry kitchen cloth and stack them inside each other. Store away in a dry place until the next use.

Food Styling - Cannoli Forms
The Fox Run Cannoli Forms are used the same way as the Horn Molds. The finished puff pastry or phyllo dough cylinder shapes may be filled with sweet or savory fillings.
How to Care for the Cannoli Forms
DO NOT put the forms into the dishwasher. Simply wipe them off with a dry kitchen cloth to remove any crumbs or excess oil. Store away in a dry place until the next use.
