1/2 of the package of Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken-Free Strips, 6 ounces
1 organic tart & firm apple, grated
1 organic carrot, grated
3/4 cup organic celery bunch... one with green leaves on the tips
1/2 purple onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh mint, finely sliced
1/2 cup Italian parsley, finely sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans, presoaked and dehydrated
1/2 cup organic craisins
3/4 cup Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise
1/4 cup organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 heaping tablespoons whole Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon light agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt

Beyond Meat Chicken-Free Grilled Strips looks, feels, tastes and acts just like real chicken, but don’t cook it like chicken!
Keep refrigerated or frozen.

Beyond Meat Chicken-Free Strips Ingredients: Water, non-GMO soy protein isolate, pea protein isolate, amaranth, vegan chicken flavor (maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, natural flavoring, sunflower oil), non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, non-GMO soy fiber, carrot fiber, contains 0.5% or less of: white vinegar, spices, salt, molasses powder, garlic extract, hickory smoke powder, onion extract, lemon juice concentrate, evaporated cane juice, dipotassium phosphate, titanium dioxide (for color), potassium chloride, paprika extract.

Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken-Free Strips
The remove the Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken-Free Strips from the package and pull apart into shredded pieces like you'd get from a real chicken breast.
Boil water and pour over the craisins to soften them while preparing the salad bowl contents.
The Carrot and Apple
Peel the carrot and grate it with the apple using the Borner Thin Julienne Vegetable Shredder into the bowl.
Finely dice the purple onion and add to bowl.
The Parley and Mint
Finely slice the mint and parsley leaves and add to bowl.
Coarsely chop the pecan nuts and add to the bowl.
Drain the Craisins
Drain and add the craisins to the salad bowl.
In a one cup Pyrex Measuring Cup add 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider, 2 heaping tablespoons whole Dijon mustard, 3/4 cup Vegenaise, 1 tablespoon light agave nectar, 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt and whisk the contents.
Pour the dressing over the salad and with clean hands, mix the bowl contents until the contents are coated with the dressing.
Taste and season according to your taste.
Serve immediately as a salad or on a sandwich or refrigerate overnight for an even better taste experience.
For a "potluck" I took giant bowls of Dill Potato Salad, Coleslaw, and Beyond Meat Chicken-Free Grilled Salad. Needless to say, there were NO LEFTOVERS!
