Warding Off Warts
I suffered from warts when I was a preschooler and my mother took me to a doctor to have them burned off my fingers with an electric needle. It was extremely painful and because I didn't respond to Novocaine like other patients, the removal was a painful experience. The entire experience plagued me with a fear of doctors all through my childhood. In fact, just seeing a needle or thinking about it would cause me to faint. Anyway, I know what it's like to suffer with warts!
Many friends and relatives are suffering or suffer from warts NOW and I thought that I'd include the information that I've learned over the years as to how to eliminate warts using vitamins. If you've suffered through wart removal by burning, chemicals, or potions and nothing has worked, you might find this simple therapy very enlightening and eliminating!
The Common WART
The common wart is called "verruca vulgaris." It is usually pea-sized, domed above the skin line and rough surfaced. They can be anywhere on the body and those on the ball of the foot are usually the most painful.
In the Vitamin Bible by Earl Mindell, he recommends taking 28,000 International Units of Vitamin E Oil applied one to two times daily to the wart and take 400 International Units of Vitamin E internally three times per day.
In Let's Get Well by Adelle Davis, she recommends taking 50,000 units of Vitamin A and 500 units of Vitamin E Oil daily along with an adequate diet. After a month, she says to reduce the Vitamin A to 25,000 International Units daily. In her book she tells about a woman that used 100 units of Vitamin E on a band aid that was put over a wart and it disappeared after three days.
In Let's Eat Right To Keep Fit by Adelle Davis, she tells about a woman that had large warts on her face. This woman decided to take 100,000 units of Vitamin A daily. In four months the warts disappeared.
Various friends who suffer from warts have tried various combinations of these therapies and it eliminated their warts. If you decide to try this for yourself, I'd love to know what you did and if it eliminated the warts.
