Biscoff Gourmet Cookies Are Vegan!
Many years ago an airline snack on the way to Switzerland provided my first taste of a Biscoff Cookie. They appeared in a cellophane bag with two crispy mouth-watering cookies. The taste is like no other store bought cookie I've eaten. It's gingery, but not overpowering. My grand-daughters LOVE them and are requested every year for the Spring Ski Trip we take. For economical reasons, I purchase the large packs of 32 cookies each and 5 packages at a time. Biscoff Lotus Cookie is VEGAN and it tastes like a homemade cookie.
