How to Make RAW Almond Milk

1 cup raw organic almonds
8 cups filtered water
optional: agave nectar, pinch sea salt, vanilla bean opened and scraped

glass jar or bottle with lid for storage
4-cup measuring cup
optional: nut bag for straining the almond milk
Measure one cup almonds into a 4 cup Pyrex glass measuring cup and fill with filtered water.
Cover the cup with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Drain the water off and rinse 3 or 4 times.
Fill the container again with filtered water.
